- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be interpreted in accordance with the UAE Civil Code and applicable Dubai Municipality building regulations.
- The Mason contractor shall mobilize a minimum team of twelve (12) certified Mason workers, two (2) site supervisors, and one (1) quality assurance inspector to the project site in United Arab Emirates Dubai no later than 18 June 2025.
- All masonry materials specified in this Purchase Order must comply with Dubai Municipality standards and UAE.S GSO specifications. The Mason contractor shall provide material test certificates prior to installation.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 30% upon commencement of Mason works, 40% upon completion of 60% of the masonry scope, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover.
- The Mason contractor shall maintain full workers' compensation insurance and comply with all occupational health and safety requirements mandated by the Dubai Municipality and the UAE Ministry of Human Resources.
- Any variation or change order to this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both parties. Unauthorized deviations from the approved Mason work methodology will not be compensated.
- The Mason contractor shall provide a twelve (12) month defect liability period from the date of final acceptance, during which all masonry defects shall be rectified at no additional cost.
- All work shall be performed in accordance with the approved architectural and structural drawings. The Mason team shall attend weekly progress meetings coordinated by the project engineer in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until full completion and final payment.
