- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Tashkent Infrastructure Development LLC and Silk Road Mason & Construction Services FZE for the provision of Mason services and materials in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- The Mason contractor shall employ a minimum of twelve (12) certified masons, two (2) mason foremen, and one (1) site quality inspector throughout the duration of the project. All Mason personnel must hold valid Uzbekistan work permits and comply with local labor regulations in Tashkent.
- All masonry work shall conform to the SNiP (Construction Norms and Rules) standards applicable in Uzbekistan and the specific architectural drawings approved by the Tashkent City Construction Permit Authority.
- Delivery of all materials to the project site in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall be completed no later than 20 July 2025. The Mason crew shall commence on-site work by 25 July 2025 and complete all masonry activities by 30 September 2025.
- Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of structural masonry (floors 1–8), and 30% upon final inspection and sign-off by the buyer's engineering team.
- The Mason contractor shall provide a two-year warranty on all masonry work performed under this Purchase Order, covering defects in workmanship, material failure, and structural integrity issues.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
- The Mason contractor is responsible for all occupational health and safety compliance on the construction site in Uzbekistan Tashkent, including provision of personal protective equipment for all masonry workers.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable commercial regulations of Tashkent city administration.
