• Fifty percent (50%) milestone payment upon delivery and acceptance of the third (3rd) technical report.
• The remaining twenty-five percent (25%) shall be paid within thirty (30) calendar days following final acceptance of all deliverables by the AKDRI Technical Committee.
• All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order and applicable Afghan commercial law.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between AKDRI and the named Mathematician for the services described herein.
• The Mathematician shall perform all duties with the highest degree of professional competence, integrity, and adherence to the ethical standards of the mathematical sciences.
• All work shall be conducted at the AKDRI premises in Afghanistan Kabul unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Director of Procurement.
• The Mathematician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, models, and proprietary information accessed during the course of this engagement in Afghanistan Kabul.
• Any modification to the scope, timeline, or pricing of this Purchase Order shall require a written amendment signed by both parties.
