All deliverables must be produced in accordance with the academic and technical standards established by the Brazilian Association of Mathematics (SBM) and the norms of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq).

- Place of Execution: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily at the CNPA headquarters located in Brazil Brasília, Federal District. The Mathematician is expected to be physically present at the Brasília office no fewer than four (4) days per week for the duration of the engagement. Remote work from any location within Brazil is permitted for the remaining days, provided that all deliverables are submitted through the CNPA's secure digital portal.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer (TED/DOC) to the account designated by the Mathematician. The first installment is due within fifteen (15) business days of the commencement date. Subsequent payments are due on the 5th business day of each following month, subject to satisfactory delivery of the monthly progress report. The final payment, including project-specific deliverables, shall be released within thirty (30) days of final acceptance by the CNPA Technical Committee.
- Intellectual Property: All mathematical models, algorithms, theorems, proofs, and documentation produced by the Mathematician under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the CNPA. The Mathematician retains the right to publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, provided that a ninety (90) day prior notice is given to the CNPA and all sensitive data pertaining to Brasília's infrastructure is redacted.
- Compliance with Brazilian Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, specifically Law No. 14.133/2021 (Federal Procurement Law) and applicable regulations of the Federal District of Brasília. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Brasília – DF, Brazil.
- Confidentiality: The Mathematician agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, methodologies, and strategic plans of the CNPA. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.

- Quality Assurance: The Mathematician shall submit a detailed progress report to the CNPA Director of Research on the last business day of each month. The CNPA shall withhold the applicable source tax (IRRF) as mandated by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal).
