This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and financial obligations associated with the engagement of the Mathematician within the Canada Montreal metropolitan area. The Mathematician shall perform all duties and deliverables in accordance with the professional standards expected of a certified Mathematician operating under the regulatory framework of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

The Mathematician is engaged to provide the following professional services as outlined in this Purchase Order. All work shall be conducted primarily at the Buyer's Canada Montreal office or at the Mathematician's designated workspace in Canada Montreal, as mutually agreed upon in writing:

3.1 Professional Standards: The Mathematician warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in a professional, competent, and diligent manner consistent with the highest standards of the mathematical profession in Canada. 3.2 Intellectual Property: All mathematical models, algorithms, proofs, reports, and intellectual property developed by the Mathematician specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of the Buyer upon full payment.
