- Place of Performance: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered primarily at the premises of the Acquirer located in Milan, Italy (20121). Any remote work performed by the Mathematician shall be limited to the activities explicitly noted in Section 2, Item 03.
- Qualification of the Mathematician: The Mathematician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Mathematics or a closely related discipline, as recognized by the Italian academic system. The Mathematician shall provide a certified copy of the degree and a current curriculum vitae upon acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices shall be issued in EUR and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-MIL-00487). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Mathematician, subject to Italian fiscal regulations.
- Intellectual Property: All mathematical proofs, algorithms, models, reports, and derivative works produced by the Mathematician in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of the Acquirer, located in Milan, Italy, upon full payment. The Mathematician retains the right to publish general findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to a thirty-day prior written notice to the Acquirer.
