This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage a qualified Mathematician to deliver specialized academic and research services within the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The scope of work encompasses the following deliverables:

• 30% final payment upon full completion, acceptance, and sign-off of all deliverables by the Ministry's Directorate of Academic Research & Development in Riyadh.
• All payments are subject to a 15-business-day processing period from the date of invoice submission.
• Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15% as per the Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) regulations in Saudi Arabia shall be added to the total contract value.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the regulations of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).
• The Mathematician shall maintain full confidentiality of all data, research materials, and proprietary information accessed during the engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• All intellectual property produced under this Purchase Order shall be jointly owned by the Ministry of Education and the Mathematician, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Addendum.
• The Mathematician is required to hold a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Council of Engineers or the relevant academic authority and must present proof of licensure prior to commencing work.
• Any modification to the scope of work, timeline, or financial terms must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order, signed by both parties.
• The service provider shall comply with all labor, immigration, and professional regulations applicable in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Saudi Labor Law and the Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) guidelines.
• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
• This Purchase Order shall be null and void if not accepted and countersigned by the Mathematician within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the engagement of the Mathematician as described herein. The services shall be rendered exclusively within the jurisdiction of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Purchasing Authority.
