• Design and implementation of advanced statistical frameworks for public health data analysis in partnership with the Senegal Dakar Ministry of Health.
• Authorship of a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed publications in international mathematics journals during the contract period.
• Delivery of two (2) specialized workshops per semester for graduate students at the University of Dakar, focusing on algebraic geometry and differential equations.
• Monthly progress reporting to the Institute's Research Directorate, with all documentation submitted in both French and English.
• Availability for on-site consultation at the DASI headquarters in Plateau, Dakar, a minimum of three (3) days per week.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal, particularly the Code des Obligations Civiles et Commerciales and applicable regulations of the Senegal Dakar jurisdiction.
2. The Mathematician warrants that all mathematical work, models, and publications produced under this Purchase Order shall be original and free from intellectual property infringement.
3. All data, research outputs, and proprietary models developed during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Dakar Applied Sciences Institute, with the Mathematician retaining academic citation rights.
4. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Mathematician shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
5. The Mathematician shall comply with all data protection regulations in force in Senegal Dakar, including the Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 on personal data protection.
6. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the rules of the Senegalese Arbitration Court.
