This Purchase Order is issued by Quantum Analytics Iberia, S.L. to formally engage the services of a qualified Mathematician for the purpose of advanced quantitative research, algorithmic development, and statistical modelling support. The engagement is to be carried out primarily at our offices located in Spain Madrid, with the possibility of remote collaboration as specified in the service schedule below. The Mathematician shall provide expert-level mathematical analysis, peer review of computational models, and direct mentorship to our in-house data science team throughout the contract period.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Quantum Analytics Iberia, S.L. and the named Mathematician upon countersignature. All services shall be rendered in accordance with the professional standards expected of a senior academic Mathematician operating within the jurisdiction of Spain.
All on-site work shall take place at the company premises in Spain Madrid (Calle de Serrano 125, 28006 Madrid). The Mathematician is entitled to use all office facilities, computing resources, and reference libraries available on-site during working hours (09:00–18:00 CET, Monday to Friday).
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Mathematician within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
All intellectual property, mathematical proofs, algorithms, code, and documentation produced by the Mathematician under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Quantum Analytics Iberia, S.L. upon full payment. The Mathematician retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
The Mathematician shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, models, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Spain Madrid. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed on 10 June 2025 and is incorporated herein by reference.
This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
The Mathematician is engaged as an independent professional contractor and not as an employee. All applicable social security and tax obligations in Spain remain the sole responsibility of the Mathematician.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, the Mathematician shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a pro-rata portion of the advisory retainer.
All deliverables must be submitted in both digital (PDF and source) and, where applicable, printed format to the project manager at the Spain Madrid office. Acceptance of deliverables shall be confirmed in writing within five (5) business days of submission.
