1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Party and the Mathematician named herein. All services shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards expected of a licensed Mathematician operating within the jurisdiction of Thailand Bangkok.
2. The Mathematician shall commence services no later than 1 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables by 30 September 2025, unless otherwise amended in writing by mutual consent of both parties.
3. All work products, including but not limited to mathematical models, algorithms, proofs, and analytical reports produced under this Purchase Order, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of Siam Analytics & Data Solutions Co., Ltd. upon full payment.
4. The Mathematician shall conduct all on-site work at the designated location in Thailand Bangkok (88 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei) and shall comply with all local labor regulations, workplace safety protocols, and professional conduct standards applicable in Thailand.
5. Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the midpoint milestone (15 August 2025), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Mathematician.
6. The Mathematician reserves the right to decline any task that falls outside the scope of professional mathematics or that would require the use of unverified or non-standard mathematical methods.
7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Thailand Bangkok in accordance with the Thai Civil and Commercial Code before escalation to the competent court.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The Mathematician acknowledges that all professional services rendered under this document are subject to the regulatory oversight of the relevant Thai professional bodies.
9. The Purchasing Party reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days written notice if the Mathematician fails to meet the agreed-upon performance benchmarks or breaches any term herein.
10. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the contact persons listed above and shall reference the Purchase Order number THB-MATH-2025-0047 for proper record-keeping.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. The Mathematician confirms availability to perform the described services in Thailand Bangkok for the stipulated period and agrees to the compensation structure set forth in Section 2.
