This Purchase Order is issued by the Ankara Institute of Advanced Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) for the professional engagement of a qualified Mathematician to deliver specialized research, analytical, and consulting services within the jurisdiction of Turkey Ankara. 5.1. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, specifically the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu, Law No. 6098) and the applicable regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Trade. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey Ankara.

5.2. The Mathematician agrees to perform all services personally and shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from the Procurement Office of AIMS. The Mathematician warrants that all deliverables are original, free from intellectual property infringement, and conform to the academic integrity standards of Turkey Ankara's higher education institutions.

5.3. Payment shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account specified by the Mathematician within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate determined by the Turkish Central Bank.

5.4. The Mathematician shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 1,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Proof of insurance shall be submitted to AIMS prior to the commencement of services.

5.5. All data, research materials, and proprietary information exchanged under this Purchase Order shall be treated as confidential. The Mathematician shall comply with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) in the handling of any personal data encountered during the engagement in Turkey Ankara.

5.6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Mathematician shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, and all partially completed deliverables shall be handed over to AIMS.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the engagement of the Mathematician as described herein. The services shall be performed at the AIMS campus located in Turkey Ankara, and all on-site work shall be conducted in compliance with the institutional safety and access protocols of the facility.
