9. Work Location: Primary work shall be performed at the buyer's offices in Los Angeles, California, United States. Remote work from the Mathematician's Los Angeles office is permitted with prior written approval from the buyer's project manager.
10. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided that the affected party gives prompt written notice.
