1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS PURCHASE ORDERThis Purchase Order is issued by SARL TransAuto Algérie, a fleet management company headquartered in Algeria Algiers, to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Mechanic for the comprehensive maintenance, diagnostic, and repair of our commercial vehicle fleet. This document constitutes a binding procurement instrument under Algerian commercial law (Ordonnance n° 75-58 of September 26, 1975, as amended) and governs all terms, conditions, pricing, and deliverables associated with the Mechanic services to be rendered in the Algeria Algiers metropolitan area.

- Service Location: All Mechanic work shall be performed at the vendor's certified workshop located in Bab El Oued, Algeria Algiers, or at the client's premises in Hydra, Algiers, as mutually agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work.
- Qualification Requirement: The Mechanic engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Algerian professional certification in automotive mechanics (Bac+2 minimum, OFPPT or equivalent) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience with commercial diesel vehicles.
- Warranty: All parts and labor provided by the Mechanic carry a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first, in accordance with Algerian consumer protection regulations applicable in Algeria Algiers.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account at BNA (Banque Nationale d'Algérie), Algiers branch, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance, following satisfactory completion and sign-off of all services listed in this Purchase Order.
- Delivery and Access: The Mechanic shall have access to the client's fleet at the Hydra depot, Algiers, between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Saturday, in compliance with local labor regulations in Algeria Algiers.
- Compliance: All work must comply with Algerian road safety standards (Code de la Route) and environmental regulations. The Mechanic is responsible for proper disposal of waste oil, batteries, and hazardous materials per Algerian environmental law.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with Algerian civil and commercial procedure.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) business days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance by the Mechanic within this period shall render this document null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth in this Purchase Order for Mechanic services to be executed in Algeria Algiers. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party, and carries equal legal force.
