Terms and Conditions — Purchase Order for Mechanic Services in Colombia Bogotá
- This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Fleet Management S.A.S. for the procurement of professional Mechanic services and automotive parts to be performed at the supplier's certified workshop located in Colombia Bogotá, specifically in the Chapinero district.
- The Mechanic workshop shall employ only certified and licensed automotive technicians registered with the Colombian Ministry of Transport (Ministerio de Transporte). All mechanic personnel must hold valid professional credentials recognized in Colombia.
- All parts and components referenced in this Purchase Order must be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or approved aftermarket parts that comply with Colombian technical regulations (Resolución 1000 de 2000 and applicable DIAN standards).
- The supplier, as the designated Mechanic service provider in Colombia Bogotá, guarantees a minimum 12-month or 20,000-kilometer warranty on all labor and parts installed, whichever comes first, in accordance with Colombian consumer protection law (Ley 1480 de 2011).
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Colombian Pesos (COP) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance, subject to satisfactory completion and inspection of all mechanic services listed in this Purchase Order.

- In the event of any dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the Colombian Commercial Code (Código de Comercio) and applicable local regulations.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Any modifications to the scope of mechanic services must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
- The supplier acknowledges that all work performed under this Purchase Order must comply with environmental regulations set by the Secretaría de Ambiente de Bogotá, including proper disposal of used oils, batteries, and hazardous automotive materials in Colombia.
