Terms, Conditions & Notes for Cairo, Egypt Execution
- This Purchase Order is issued and governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the execution of this mechanic service contract shall be adjudicated by the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
- The vendor, Cairo Precision Mechanic & Auto Service Center, shall perform all mechanic work at its licensed facility in Maadi, Cairo, or at the buyer's designated location within the Cairo Governorate as specified per line item.
- All parts supplied under this Purchase Order must be genuine or OEM-equivalent and must carry valid Egyptian import documentation where applicable. Counterfeit parts will result in immediate contract termination.
- The lead mechanic, Mr. Hassan Ibrahim, or his certified deputy, must be present for all critical repair operations. A signed mechanic work report shall accompany each completed line item.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's account at CIB (Commercial International Bank), Cairo branch, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the final invoice and completed mechanic service reports.
- The vendor warrants all mechanic labor for a period of six (6) months or 20,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection regulations.
- Delivery of all vehicles to and from the mechanic workshop in Cairo shall be arranged by the buyer. The vendor shall notify the buyer at least 48 hours in advance of vehicle readiness.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any unfulfilled line items after this period shall require a revised Purchase Order.
- The vendor shall maintain full liability insurance covering all vehicles in its custody during mechanic service, with a minimum coverage of EGP 500,000 per vehicle, as required by Egyptian commercial law.
- All work performed must adhere to the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) guidelines regarding waste oil disposal and hazardous material handling within Cairo city limits.
