1. All Mechanic services, parts deliveries, and equipment installations under this Purchase Order shall be performed at or delivered to the following location: Bayerische Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH, Industriestraße 42, 80992 Munich, Germany. The supplier is required to schedule all workshop work within the Germany Munich operational window of Monday through Friday, 07:00 to 18:00 CET, unless otherwise agreed in writing for emergency callout services. Any parts or tooling shipped to the Germany Munich site must arrive no later than the dates specified in the attached delivery schedule (Appendix A, referenced separately).
4. Payment TermsPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the supplier's account registered in Germany Munich. The payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt, provided that all Mechanic work has been completed to the satisfaction of our Fleet Maintenance Manager and all parts have been delivered in full. A 2% early payment discount applies if settlement is made within 10 days of invoice date. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-MUC-04872) and must be issued in accordance with German tax law (UStG) applicable in Germany Munich.
5. Terms and Conditions- Quality Assurance: All Mechanic work must be performed to OEM specifications. The supplier warrants all labor for a minimum of 24 months or 40,000 km (whichever occurs first), in compliance with consumer protection standards in Germany.
- Compliance: The supplier confirms that all Mechanic personnel are employed in accordance with German labor law (ArbZG) and that all work complies with environmental regulations (BImSchG) in force in Germany Munich.
- Warranty on Parts: All parts and components supplied under this Purchase Order carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Any defective parts must be replaced at the supplier's cost within 14 business days of notification.
- Confidentiality: The supplier shall treat all fleet data, vehicle registration details, and operational information as confidential. This obligation extends to all Mechanic staff and subcontractors operating within the Germany Munich service area.
