The on-site mechanic technician (Item 07) shall be physically present at the Accra depot from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, and on standby for Saturday operations. Emergency call-out services (Item 08) must be dispatched to any location within the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area within a maximum response time of 90 minutes from the time of request.

• Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% balance payment upon completion and sign-off of all mechanic services. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch (Account No. 0012-4567-8901).
• Warranty: All mechanic repairs and parts installed under this Purchase Order carry a minimum 12-month or 20,000-kilometre warranty, whichever comes first, in compliance with Ghana's Consumer Protection Act, 2023 (Act 1073).
• Parts Authenticity: The mechanic workshop guarantees that all replacement parts are genuine OEM or approved aftermarket components. Counterfeit parts will result in immediate rejection and full refund at the supplier's cost.
• Compliance: All work shall comply with the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance and the Road Traffic Act, 2012 (Act 850) safety requirements applicable in Ghana Accra.
• Insurance: The mechanic service provider shall maintain valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance with a minimum cover of GHS 1,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798). Failing mediation, matters shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Accra.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all mechanic services completed and accepted up to the termination date.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Ghana, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Accra industrial zone.
