This Purchase Order is issued by AutoTech Solutions Pvt. The Mechanic shall provide all labour, tools, diagnostic equipment, and genuine replacement parts as specified below.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between AutoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India Bangalore, and the Mechanic / service provider named herein. Acceptance of this Purchase Order by the Mechanic shall be confirmed in writing within five (5) working days of receipt.
- All work shall be performed at the Mechanic's workshop located in Yelahanka, India Bangalore, or at the AutoTech Solutions logistics facility in Peenya, India Bangalore, as mutually agreed upon for each specific job.
- The Mechanic shall use only genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or approved equivalent components. Any substitution must be pre-approved in writing by the procurement officer of AutoTech Solutions, India Bangalore.
- All mechanical work covered under this Purchase Order shall carry a minimum warranty period of six (6) months or 10,000 kilometres, whichever is applicable first. Warranty claims shall be honoured by the Mechanic at no additional cost.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2 within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Mechanic. No cash payments shall be made under this Purchase Order.
- The Mechanic shall comply with all applicable labour laws, safety regulations, and environmental norms as prescribed by the Government of Karnataka and the Government of India for workshops operating in India Bangalore.
- Any delay in completion of work beyond the stipulated delivery date of 30th June 2025 shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka.
- The Mechanic shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all vehicles in his custody during the period of repair and servicing under this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for Mechanic services to be rendered in India Bangalore.
