- Scope of Work: The Mechanic and all associated technicians employed by David's Master Mechanic & Auto Services shall perform all services listed in this Purchase Order in full compliance with the standards set by the Israel Jerusalem Municipal Transport Authority and the Israeli Standards Institute (SII). All work must be carried out by a licensed Mechanic holding a valid Israeli automotive repair certificate.
- Service Location: All mechanic services shall be performed at the designated service location in Israel Jerusalem unless otherwise specified in the line items. On-call and emergency Mechanic services shall be available at any vehicle location within the Israel Jerusalem metropolitan area, including the Old City, the German Colony, and the industrial zones of the city.
- Parts and Materials: All replacement parts, fluids, and materials used by the Mechanic during the execution of this Purchase Order must be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent-grade components. The Mechanic shall provide itemized receipts for all parts purchased and installed.
- Warranty: The Mechanic guarantees all labor and parts for a minimum period of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. Any defect arising from the mechanic work performed under this Purchase Order shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Payment Terms: Payment of the total amount stated in this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) days of the completion of all services and receipt of a final invoice from the Mechanic. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by David's Master Mechanic & Auto Services. The buyer reserves the right to withhold 10% of the total until a final inspection confirms satisfactory completion of all mechanic work.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: The Mechanic and the service provider shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Israel, including but not limited to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the Occupational Safety and Health Law, and all municipal bylaws governing vehicle maintenance in Israel Jerusalem.
- Insurance: The Mechanic and the service provider shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ₪ 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order. Proof of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of any mechanic work.
- Confidentiality: The Mechanic and all personnel involved in executing this Purchase Order shall treat all information regarding the buyer's fleet, operations, and internal records as strictly confidential. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all mechanic services satisfactorily completed up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and line items specified in this Purchase Order for Mechanic services to be rendered in Israel Jerusalem. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and the service provider upon execution by both authorized representatives.
