3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER
  1. Scope and Authority: This Purchase Order constitutes a binding request for the provision of Mechanic services as described herein. The Seller acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to perform all listed Mechanic tasks in accordance with the specifications, timelines, and quality standards set forth in this document.
  2. Service Location: All Mechanic work shall be performed at the Seller's certified workshop located in Japan Kyoto (Higashiyama-ku) or at the Buyer's fleet depot in Nakagyo-ku, Japan Kyoto, as directed by the Buyer's operations manager. No Mechanic service shall be subcontracted to a location outside the Japan Kyoto prefecture without prior written consent.
  3. Qualification Requirements: The primary Mechanic assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a valid Japanese Automotive Technician License (Level 1 or above) and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in commercial vehicle maintenance. All assisting Mechanic technicians must hold at least a Level 2 certification.
  4. 4. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION
