This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Fleet Management LLC to procure the professional services of a certified Mechanic and associated automotive parts for the maintenance of our commercial vehicle fleet based in Kazakhstan Almaty. The Mechanic shall perform all work in accordance with the specifications outlined below and in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Technical Regulations on Vehicle Maintenance (ST RK 2560-2018).

All workshop services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the vendor's certified facility located at 12 Satpayev Street, Industrial Zone B, Almaty, 050020, Kazakhstan. On-site Mechanic call-out services (Item 06) shall be rendered at the purchaser's fleet depot at 45 Abai Avenue, Almaty, Kazakhstan Almaty, or at the location of the breakdown vehicle within the administrative boundaries of Almaty city. All spare parts and consumables (Items 07 and 08) shall be delivered to the purchaser's warehouse within three (3) business days of the Purchase Order acceptance date.
5.1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Almaty Fleet Management LLC and Almaty Precision Mechanic Services LLP upon written acceptance by both parties. The Mechanic assigned to this contract shall hold a valid Category A automotive technician certification issued under the Republic of Kazakhstan licensing framework.
5.2. All work performed by the Mechanic shall be completed within the timelines specified in the attached Service Schedule (Appendix A). Delays exceeding five (5) business days without written justification from the Mechanic's supervisor shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line-item value per day of delay.
5.3. The Mechanic and vendor guarantee all labor and parts for a minimum period of twelve (12) months or 50,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first, in accordance with Kazakhstan consumer protection legislation.
5.4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account at JSC "Halyk Bank", Almaty branch, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and completion certificate signed by the purchaser's fleet supervisor.
5.5. The vendor shall maintain valid civil liability insurance covering a minimum of 50,000,000 KZT for all Mechanic operations conducted on the purchaser's premises in Kazakhstan Almaty.
5.6. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Almaty City, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All communications regarding this order shall be conducted in writing in either Kazakh or Russian, with English translations provided for international reporting purposes.
Note: This Purchase Order must be countersigned by an authorized representative of the vendor (Mechanic service provider) within five (5) business days of issuance. Failure to sign within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
