- This Purchase Order is issued by Transvaal Fleet Management (Pty) Ltd, a registered company in South Africa Johannesburg, and constitutes a binding request for Mechanic services and automotive parts as itemised above.
- All Mechanic labour and workshop services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be performed by qualified, certified Mechanic technicians registered with the South African Automotive Council (SAAQ) and operating within the Johannesburg metropolitan area.
- The supplier, Gold Reef Automotive & Mechanic Services (Pty) Ltd, acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and confirms its ability to deliver all listed Mechanic services within the Johannesburg, South Africa service radius, including but not limited to Sandton, Parktown, Randburg, and the broader Gauteng industrial corridor.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account in South Africa Johannesburg. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the National Credit Act of South Africa.
- All parts and components supplied under this Purchase Order must be new, OEM-equivalent, or better, and must comply with South African National Standards (SANS) for automotive components. The Mechanic performing the installation shall provide a minimum 12-month / 20,000 km warranty on all labour and parts.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed Mechanic service report for each vehicle serviced, including diagnostic findings, parts replaced, and recommendations for future maintenance. These reports shall be submitted electronically within 48 hours of service completion.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 42 of 1965.
- The supplier must maintain valid public liability insurance of no less than R 5,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance covering all Mechanic operations conducted in South Africa Johannesburg.
- Transvaal Fleet Management (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend, cancel, or extend this Purchase Order in writing. Any amendments to the scope of Mechanic services must be approved by both parties prior to execution.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) of South Africa and all applicable environmental regulations governing automotive waste disposal in the Johannesburg municipality.
