1. This Purchase Order is issued by Ceylon Fleet Management (Pvt) Ltd., Colombo, Sri Lanka, and constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of professional mechanic services as detailed herein. The supplier, Colombo Auto Mechanic Services (Pvt) Ltd., acknowledges acceptance of all terms upon signature.

2. All mechanic services shall be performed at the supplier's workshop located in Katubedda Industrial Estate, Colombo 15, Sri Lanka, or at the buyer's premises in Colombo 03, as mutually agreed upon for each service item. The mechanic team must hold valid licenses issued by the Ceylon Motor Vehicle Authority and possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in commercial vehicle maintenance.

3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission, provided that all mechanic work has been completed to the buyer's satisfaction and a signed service completion certificate has been issued by the lead mechanic. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account held at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo branch.

4. All parts and components used in the mechanic repair process must be genuine or OEM-equivalent. The supplier shall provide a detailed parts list with each invoice. Substitution of parts without prior written approval from the buyer's Procurement Manager is strictly prohibited.

5. The supplier guarantees a minimum ninety (90) day warranty on all mechanic repairs and parts replacements. Any defect arising within this warranty period attributable to workmanship or faulty parts shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer. The mechanic responsible for the repair shall be available for follow-up inspection.

6. The emergency roadside mechanic call-out service (Item 07) must guarantee a response time of no more than four (4) hours anywhere within the Colombo municipal boundaries, including the Colombo Port, Colombo Airport, and the Katunayake area. Failure to meet this response time on three or more occasions in a calendar month shall entitle the buyer to a 10% service credit.

7. The supplier shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of not less than LKR 50,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of not less than LKR 25,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.

8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka. The seat of arbitration shall be Colombo, Sri Lanka.

9. The supplier shall comply with all environmental regulations of the Department of Environmental Protection, Sri Lanka, including proper disposal of used engine oil, hydraulic fluids, batteries, and other hazardous materials generated during mechanic service operations in Colombo.

10. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be valid. The total value of this Purchase Order is LKR 8,448,400 (Eight Million Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Sri Lankan Rupees) inclusive of applicable taxes.
