1. This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Automotive Services LLC, a company duly registered in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of Mechanic services and associated parts as itemised above.
2. The Supplier, Gulf Precision Mechanic & Engineering Co., confirms acceptance of all terms stated in this Purchase Order by signing below. All work shall be performed by qualified and licensed Mechanic personnel holding valid UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure certifications.

4. 6. The Supplier shall comply with all applicable labour laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental disposal standards enforced in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. Waste materials, including used engine oil, brake fluid, and battery acid, must be disposed of through licensed UAE environmental contractors.
7. Any changes to the scope of work, quantities, or specifications under this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to execution. Verbal modifications are not valid.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
9. The Supplier shall maintain adequate professional indemnity and public liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the contract, with minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000, valid in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
