2. Scope of Work and DescriptionThis Purchase Order is issued by Harare Fleet Management Solutions (Pvt) Ltd to engage the services of Mr. Tendai Moyo, a certified Mechanic operating in Zimbabwe Harare, for the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and parts procurement of a fleet of twelve (12) commercial vehicles. The Mechanic shall perform all work in accordance with the standards set by the Zimbabwe National Road Safety Authority and the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. All services are to be rendered at the workshop premises located in Borrowdale, Zimbabwe Harare, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Mechanic upon signature by both parties. All work shall be performed in Zimbabwe Harare in compliance with local trade regulations and the Zimbabwe National Code for Automotive Repair.
- The Mechanic shall complete all line items listed in Section 3 within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order, unless a revised timeline is mutually agreed upon in writing.
- All parts supplied by the Mechanic must be genuine or OEM-equivalent. The Buyer reserves the right to inspect and reject any component that does not meet the specifications stated in this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Mechanic. A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, with the remaining 60% payable within fourteen (14) days of successful completion and sign-off of all work.
- The Mechanic shall provide a written warranty of twelve (12) months on all labour and parts. Any defect arising within the warranty period in Zimbabwe Harare shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order must comply with the environmental and waste-disposal regulations of the Harare City Council, Zimbabwe. The Mechanic is responsible for the proper disposal of used oils, batteries, and hazardous materials.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Zimbabwe Harare. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Small Claims Court of Harare, Zimbabwe.
- This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted by the Mechanic without prior written consent from the Buyer.
All repaired vehicles and delivered parts shall be made available at the Mechanic's workshop at 45 Chisipite Street, Borrowdale, Zimbabwe Harare. The Buyer's designated fleet coordinator shall collect vehicles upon completion. The Mechanic shall provide a detailed service report for each vehicle, including parts used, labour hours, and any recommendations for future maintenance, to accompany the final invoice linked to this Purchase Order.
