- Payment Schedule: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon signing and confirmation of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of all design and simulation deliverables (Items 01–03), and 30% upon final acceptance and commissioning (Items 04–06). All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account at BNA (Banque Nationale d'Algérie), Algiers branch.
- Payment Currency: All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are denominated in Algerian Dinars (DZD). No foreign currency transactions are permitted under this agreement in accordance with Algerian monetary regulations.
- Payment Deadline: Each installment shall be paid within fifteen (15) calendar days of the supplier's invoice submission. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated by Algerian commercial law.
- Warranty: The Mechanical Engineer services rendered under this Purchase Order carry a warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. Any design defects or non-conformities identified within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.
