The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) registration with Engineers Queensland and maintain a minimum of $20,000,000 in professional indemnity insurance, with Brisbane Industrial Projects Pty Ltd named as an additional insured party.
3. All design deliverables produced by the Mechanical Engineer must comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards (AS/NZS), and any specific requirements of the Brisbane City Council for the Australia Brisbane project site.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-BNE-04782) and be submitted to the procurement email address listed above.
5. The Mechanical Engineer shall provide a weekly progress report every Friday to the Project Manager at Brisbane Industrial Projects Pty Ltd. Failure to submit reports for two consecutive weeks may result in a 5% reduction in the weekly service fee for that period.
