• On-site supervision and technical coordination at the buyer's facility in the Confluence district, Lyon, France, for a minimum of three (3) days per week during the active project phase.
• Collaboration with the electrical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical subsystems with the existing PLC-controlled production line.
• Preparation of a final technical report and as-built documentation package upon project completion, to be delivered in both French and English.

The Mechanical Engineer shall commence services on 1 July 2025 at the buyer's premises located at 42 Quai de Serbie, 69009 Lyon, France. The total engagement period is six (6) months, concluding on 31 December 2025, subject to mutual agreement for extension. All deliverables shall be submitted to the Procurement Manager of Alpine Industrial Solutions SAS no later than the final business day of each calendar month.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Lyon (Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon), France.
2. The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable French labour regulations, health and safety standards (Code du Travail), and site-specific safety protocols at the Lyon facility.
3. Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-FR-LY-2025-04872).
4. The supplier warrants that the Mechanical Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order holds a minimum of a Master's degree (Diplôme d'Ingénieur) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized French or European institution and possesses a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive professional experience in industrial mechanical design.
5. All intellectual property, designs, drawings, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of Alpine Industrial Solutions SAS upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Lyon.
6. The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
7. Any modification to the scope of work, duration, or pricing under this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
