The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional engineering license (Mühendislik Sicil Belgesi) issued by the relevant Turkish professional chamber (TMMOB Makine Mühendisleri Odası) and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of documented experience in industrial mechanical engineering. All deliverables and technical documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall be prepared in accordance with Turkish national standards (TS EN) and applicable international standards (ISO, ASME) as relevant to the Turkey Ankara jurisdiction.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be rendered exclusively within the Turkey Ankara metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu) applicable in Turkey Ankara and shall maintain valid professional liability insurance throughout the engagement period.
3. Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. All payments shall be processed in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account specified by the Supplier.
4. The Mechanical Engineer shall submit weekly progress reports to the Buyer's project management team. All technical deliverables, including CAD files, simulation results, and engineering calculations, shall be delivered in both digital (PDF, DWG, STEP) and hard-copy formats.
5. Any change in scope, additional services, or modification to the original Purchase Order terms must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution. No verbal modifications to this Purchase Order shall be valid.
6. The Supplier warrants that the Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order is fully qualified, licensed, and authorized to practice mechanical engineering in Turkey Ankara and throughout the Republic of Turkey.
7. In the event of non-performance or breach of this Purchase Order, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate the agreement with fourteen (14) days' written notice and to claim damages in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu).
8. All intellectual property rights in designs, calculations, and documentation produced specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in the Buyer upon full payment.
9. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts and arbitration bodies in Turkey Ankara, and the applicable law shall be the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
