The scope of work for the Mechatronics Engineer under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to: the development of automated production line controls; the integration of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems with mechanical actuators; the programming and calibration of robotic assembly units; the design of sensor networks for real-time monitoring of industrial equipment; the troubleshooting and repair of hybrid electro-mechanical systems; and the preparation of comprehensive technical documentation in accordance with international engineering standards. The Mechatronics Engineer shall operate exclusively within the boundaries of Afghanistan Kabul and shall report directly to the site supervisor designated by the Buyer.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. All terms herein govern the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer for the duration specified in Section 2.
2. The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, including those specific to the city of Afghanistan Kabul. The Supplier shall ensure that the Mechatronics Engineer holds valid work authorization and all necessary permits to operate in Afghanistan Kabul.
3. Payment shall be made in monthly installments of USD 8,500.00, due within fifteen (15) business days following the end of each calendar month. The initial equipment and logistics payments (Items 02 through 05) shall be disbursed within ten (10) business days of the Purchase Order effective date.
4. The Mechatronics Engineer shall submit a detailed monthly progress report to the Buyer's site management in Afghanistan Kabul by the fifth (5th) business day of the following month. Reports shall include hours worked, tasks completed, equipment status, and any recommendations for system improvements.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Supplier for all services rendered up to the termination date, including reasonable relocation costs for the Mechatronics Engineer departing Afghanistan Kabul.
6. All intellectual property, technical drawings, control programs, and documentation created by the Mechatronics Engineer in the course of this engagement in Afghanistan Kabul shall remain the sole property of the Buyer.
7. The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance covering the Mechatronics Engineer for a minimum of USD 1,000,000.00 for the duration of the contract, valid within the jurisdiction of Afghanistan Kabul.
8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, with the seat of arbitration designated as Dubai, UAE. The governing law shall be the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Mechatronics Engineer services to be performed in Afghanistan Kabul. This document shall be executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party.
