This Purchase Order is issued by Industrial Automation & Engineering Solutions SARL to procure the professional services of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer for the duration of the project specified herein. The engagement of this Mechatronics Engineer is required to support the design, integration, commissioning, and maintenance of automated production lines at our manufacturing facility located in Algeria Algiers. The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the following scope of work:
- Design and development of mechatronic systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components for the new assembly line at the Algeria Algiers plant.
- Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), industrial robots, and sensor networks.
- Supervision of the installation and commissioning of CNC machines, conveyor systems, and automated quality-control stations.
- Preparation of technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, and software architecture specifications.
- Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechatronic equipment to ensure continuous operational uptime.
- Providing on-site technical training to the in-house maintenance team based in Algeria Algiers.
- Ensuring full compliance with Algerian industrial safety regulations and international mechatronic engineering standards (ISO 10218, IEC 61508).

All amounts are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are inclusive of applicable VAT (19%) as per Algerian tax law. No additional charges shall apply unless explicitly authorized in writing via a formal amendment to this Purchase Order.
- Commencement Date: The Mechatronics Engineer shall report to the project site in Algeria Algiers no later than 01 July 2025. Any delay beyond this date shall be subject to a penalty of 0.5% of the monthly fee per day of delay.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 30% upon completion of the commissioning phase, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account within 30 days of invoice receipt.
- Working Hours and Location: The Mechatronics Engineer shall work full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) at the buyer's premises in Algeria Algiers. Travel and accommodation arrangements for the engineer, if required, shall be covered by the buyer.
- Confidentiality: The Mechatronics Engineer and the supplier (AMSC) agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary designs, processes, and data encountered during the engagement in Algeria Algiers. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to project commencement.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, code, documentation, and technical deliverables produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of the buyer upon full payment.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algeria Algiers.
- Warranty: The supplier warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project holds a minimum of a Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering and possesses at least 8 years of relevant industrial experience. A warranty period of 12 months applies to all commissioned systems.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Mechatronics Engineer at the project site in Algeria Algiers. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties.
