This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and financial obligations associated with the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer for the duration specified herein.

The Mechatronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the designated site in Belgium Brussels:

• Conduct a full audit of existing electromechanical systems and produce a gap analysis report within the first two weeks of deployment in Belgium Brussels.
• Design and implement control logic for three (3) automated assembly lines, ensuring compliance with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and Belgian national safety regulations.
• Program, configure, and validate PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA interfaces for the production floor located in the Woluwe industrial zone, Brussels.
• Integrate and calibrate robotic work cells, including end-effector tooling, safety light curtains, and emergency stop circuits.
• Develop and test embedded firmware for proprietary sensor arrays monitoring vibration, temperature, and pressure across the facility.
• Prepare comprehensive as-built documentation, P&ID diagrams, and operator training manuals in both English and French for the Belgium Brussels operations team.
• Coordinate with the on-site project manager and provide weekly progress reports to the purchasing entity as stipulated in this Purchase Order.

• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in accordance with the schedule outlined in this Purchase Order.
• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties.
• 40% upon completion of the PLC programming and robotic integration milestones.
• 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and sign-off of the handover package.

This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels. The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Belgian labor regulations, EU data protection directives (GDPR), and occupational health and safety standards in force in Belgium Brussels at the time of engagement.
