The Mechatronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following at the Brazil Brasília facility:

1. Complete system design documentation, including P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control logic diagrams for all mechatronic subsystems.
2. Programming and configuration of all PLCs, motion controllers, and embedded systems in accordance with IEC 61131-3 standards.

4. Development of a comprehensive SCADA/HMI platform enabling real-time data acquisition, alarm management, and historical trend analysis.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Brasília Industrial Solutions S.A. and TechMech Engineering Consultoria Ltda. upon signature by both parties.
2. All services shall be rendered at the facility located in Brazil Brasília, DF, at the address specified in Section 1. The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all site safety protocols, PPE requirements, and local labor regulations applicable in the Federal District.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, provided all deliverables have been accepted in writing by the project manager.
4. The Mechatronics Engineer shall maintain valid professional registration with the CREA-DF (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia do Distrito Federal) throughout the duration of this engagement.
