The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables under this Purchase Order:

• Design of the mechanical structure, pneumatic circuits, and electrical control panels for a conveyor-based packaging system.
• Selection, procurement coordination, and integration of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), industrial sensors, and actuators compliant with IEC 61131-3 standards.
• Development of control software and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens in Spanish and English for operator use at the Colombia Bogotá plant.
• Installation, wiring, and physical assembly of all electromechanical components at the buyer's facility.
• System commissioning, performance validation, and a minimum of 72 hours of continuous operational testing.
• Preparation of as-built documentation, electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and a comprehensive operation and maintenance manual.
• Training of up to six (6) plant technicians on system operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.

The Mechatronics Engineer must hold a minimum of a professional degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution in Colombia Bogotá or an internationally recognized university, and must possess a valid professional registration (cédula profesional) with the Colombian Ministry of Education. A minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in industrial automation projects within the Colombia Bogotá region is required.

The Mechatronics Engineer shall commence work on July 1, 2025, at the buyer's facility in Soacha, Colombia Bogotá metropolitan area. The project is expected to be completed no later than September 30, 2025. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule shall be submitted within five (5) business days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order. All deliverables must be accepted in writing by the buyer's Project Manager before final payment is released.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial regulations of the Republic of Colombia, specifically the Colombian Commercial Code (Código de Comercio) and applicable labor and professional regulations in force in Colombia Bogotá.
2. The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety (SST) regulations mandated by the Colombian Ministry of Labor and the buyer's internal safety protocols at the Colombia Bogotá facility.
3. Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon project kickoff, 40% upon successful commissioning, and 20% upon final acceptance of all documentation and training completion.
4. Any change in scope must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No additional work shall be performed without written authorization under this Purchase Order.
5. The Mechatronics Engineer warrants all work for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. During this warranty period, any defects in design, integration, or programming shall be corrected at no additional cost.
6. Confidentiality: All proprietary information, process data, and technical drawings shared under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Andina Industrial Automation S.A.S. The Mechatronics Engineer agrees to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as an annex to this document.
7. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Colombia Bogotá before submission to the competent commercial courts of the city.
