• 4.1 – This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andes Industrial Solutions S.A.S. and the designated Mechatronics Engineer for the provision of professional engineering services in Colombia Medellín. Acceptance of this Purchase Order by the vendor signifies full agreement to all terms herein.
• 4.2 – The Mechatronics Engineer shall maintain valid professional registration with the Colombian Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MinCiencias) and shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of COP 500,000,000 for the duration of the contract.
• 4.3 – All work shall be performed in accordance with the technical specifications attached as Annex A to this Purchase Order. Any deviation from the approved scope requires prior written authorization from the Project Manager at Andes Industrial Solutions, Colombia Medellín headquarters.
• 4.4 – The Mechatronics Engineer is responsible for procuring all specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and calibration instruments necessary to complete the assigned tasks. The client shall provide access to the production floor, electrical rooms, and server infrastructure at the Colombia Medellín facility.
• 4.5 – Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified on the vendor's invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (AI-2025-00472) and include the vendor's NIT or C.C. number for Colombian tax compliance.
