The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the full lifecycle management of electromechanical systems, including PLC programming, robotic cell integration, sensor network deployment, and predictive maintenance scheduling. All work under this Purchase Order shall be performed on-site in DR Congo Kinshasa, in compliance with the national labor regulations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the technical standards established by the Congolese Ministry of Industry.

1. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
2. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be executed by a certified Mechatronics Engineer holding a minimum of a Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by the DR Congo National Commission for Higher Education (CONESUP).
3. The Mechatronics Engineer shall report to the Kinshasa Industrial Solutions S.A.R.L. facility in Gombe, Kinshasa, DR Congo, Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with additional availability as specified in Line Item 7.
4. The Supplier shall ensure that the assigned Mechatronics Engineer complies with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in DR Congo Kinshasa, including those issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
5. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice and satisfactory completion of the corresponding milestone. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's account domiciled in DR Congo Kinshasa.
6. Any change in scope, additional hours, or modification to the deliverables outlined in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both parties prior to execution. Unauthorized work shall not be compensated.
7. The Mechatronics Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary processes, designs, and operational data of Kinshasa Industrial Solutions S.A.R.L. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the Congolese Chamber of Commerce.
9. The Supplier warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer shall deliver all work in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry best practices for mechatronic systems integration.
10. This Purchase Order does not create an employment relationship between the Buyer and the Mechatronics Engineer. The Mechatronics Engineer remains an independent contractor engaged through the Supplier.
