This Purchase Order is issued by PT Nusantara Industrial Solutions to formally engage the services of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to be deployed at our primary manufacturing facility located in Indonesia Jakarta. The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of automated production systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial robotics, and sensor networks across all operational lines at the Cakung Industrial Zone site in Indonesia Jakarta.
The engagement of this Mechatronics Engineer is critical to our strategic expansion plans in Indonesia Jakarta, where we aim to increase production capacity by 40% over the next fiscal year. The Mechatronics Engineer will work directly under the supervision of the Plant Engineering Manager and will coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, mechanical design, and IT/OT cybersecurity personnel based in our Indonesia Jakarta headquarters.

The Mechatronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Indonesia Jakarta facility:
- Design and develop integrated electromechanical systems combining mechanical, electrical, and software components for automated assembly lines in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial robots (FANUC, KUKA, ABB) deployed across the plant.
- Implement and maintain SCADA and HMI systems to ensure real-time monitoring of all production processes.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on equipment failures and develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Collaborate with the IT/OT security team to ensure all connected industrial systems in Indonesia Jakarta comply with national cybersecurity standards (BSSN guidelines).
- Prepare technical documentation, as-built drawings, and operational manuals in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for all systems under the Mechatronics Engineer's purview.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices on mechatronic principles, safety protocols, and best practices specific to the Indonesia Jakarta manufacturing environment.
- Participate in capital expenditure (CapEx) planning for future automation upgrades and provide technical due diligence on vendor proposals.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Indonesian labor laws, including the Minimum Wage Regulation for Indonesia Jakarta (UMK Jakarta 2025), the Occupational Health and Safety Law (UU No. 1/1970), and the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by PT Global Engineering Talent Indonesia. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th business day of each month for the preceding month's services.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary processes, designs, and operational data of PT Nusantara Industrial Solutions in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, the Mechatronics Engineer shall complete all handover documentation and knowledge transfer within the notice period.
- All deliverables, intellectual property, and technical documentation produced by the Mechatronics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of PT Nusantara Industrial Solutions.
- The Seller warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer possesses a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in mechatronic systems, holds a relevant engineering degree, and maintains valid professional certification.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Indonesia Jakarta, shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order for the duration of the event.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Mechatronics Engineer at the Indonesia Jakarta facility. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon execution by both authorized representatives.
