This Purchase Order is issued by Jerusalem Advanced Systems & Automation Ltd. for the procurement of specialized Mechatronics Engineer professional services to be performed at our primary facility located in Israel Jerusalem. The engagement of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer is essential to support the design, integration, testing, and commissioning of advanced automated manufacturing systems within our Jerusalem operations. The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the development of electromechanical systems, PLC programming, industrial robotics integration, sensor calibration, and the coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams operating within the Israel Jerusalem industrial zone.
The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses a full-time Mechatronics Engineer assignment for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 01 August 2025. The Mechatronics Engineer shall report directly to the Chief Technical Officer at our Israel Jerusalem headquarters and shall adhere to all applicable Israeli labor regulations, safety standards, and industry-specific compliance requirements governing mechatronic systems in the region.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Jerusalem Advanced Systems & Automation Ltd. and TechnoMech Engineering Solutions (Israel) Ltd. upon written acceptance by both parties. All services described herein shall be rendered by a certified Mechatronics Engineer holding a minimum of a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from an accredited Israeli or internationally recognized university.
- The Mechatronics Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order shall be physically present at the Israel Jerusalem facility no fewer than five (5) working days per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, in accordance with Israeli labor law and the Israel Jerusalem municipal working regulations.
- All deliverables, including but not limited to system designs, PLC code, SCADA configurations, robotics integration plans, and technical reports produced by the Mechatronics Engineer, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of Jerusalem Advanced Systems & Automation Ltd. upon full payment as stipulated in this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be processed in monthly installments within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the vendor. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-JER-2025-0487) and shall be submitted to the procurement department at our Israel Jerusalem office.
- The vendor shall ensure that the Mechatronics Engineer maintains all necessary professional certifications, safety clearances, and insurance coverage required for operation within the Israel Jerusalem industrial sector. Any lapse in certification shall result in an immediate suspension of services without penalty to the buyer.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall provide a comprehensive handover of all work-in-progress documentation related to the Mechatronics Engineer's ongoing projects at the Israel Jerusalem site.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem, in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all data protection regulations, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and shall sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing work at the Israel Jerusalem facility.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Mechatronics Engineer at the Israel Jerusalem facility. This document shall remain in effect for the duration of the twelve-month service period unless amended in writing by mutual consent.
