The Mechatronics Engineer shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering, with a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in industrial automation, PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi), robotic cell integration, and SCADA/HMI system development. The candidate must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate effective communication with the local workforce in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.

1. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, specifically the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
2. The Mechatronics Engineer shall commence duties no later than 01 July 2025 at the buyer's premises in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Failure to commence within seven (7) calendar days of the stated date shall entitle the buyer to terminate this Purchase Order without penalty.
3. Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful commissioning and acceptance of the mechatronic systems, and 30% upon completion of the 12-month maintenance retainer period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4. The Mechatronics Engineer shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols as mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA) of Malaysia and the specific site safety regulations of the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur industrial zone.
5. All intellectual property, designs, code, and documentation produced by the Mechatronics Engineer in the course of this engagement shall become the sole property of Apex Industrial Solutions Sdn. Bhd. upon full payment.
6. The supplier shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance of not less than MYR 2,000,000 and workers' compensation coverage for the Mechatronics Engineer throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
7. Any variation or amendment to the scope of work defined in this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to execution. Verbal instructions shall not constitute a valid amendment.
8. The supplier warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall not be concurrently engaged with any direct competitor of the buyer within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur industrial corridor during the contract period.
9. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the buyer reserves the right to revoke or modify the terms herein.
