- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Golden Pagoda Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd. and Apex Engineering & Automation Services Pte. Ltd. upon countersignature by both parties.
- The Mechatronics Engineer or engineers assigned under this Purchase Order shall report to the Myanmar Yangon facility at No. 48, Hlaing Road, Hlaing Township, Myanmar Yangon, on a five-day work week (Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00 Myanmar Standard Time).
- All work performed by the Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with the Myanmar Ministry of Industry standards, local electrical safety codes applicable in Myanmar Yangon, and international IEC 60204-1 machinery safety requirements.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful commissioning of all mechatronic systems at the Myanmar Yangon site, and 20% upon completion of the 12-month warranty period.
- The vendor shall provide valid work permits, visas, and any necessary immigration documentation for the Mechatronics Engineer to legally work in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with Myanmar labour and immigration law.
- Any change in scope, additional mechatronic systems, or extended deployment of the Mechatronics Engineer beyond the initial contract period must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order signed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding proprietary processes, control logic, and operational data of the Myanmar Yangon facility for a period of three (3) years following the conclusion of services.
The Mechatronics Engineer shall commence on-site duties at the Myanmar Yangon facility no later than 01 July 2025. All necessary travel, accommodation, and local transportation within Myanmar Yangon shall be arranged and funded by the purchasing entity as specified in the vendor’s accepted quotation. The Mechatronics Engineer is expected to complete the initial system integration and commissioning phase within ninety (90) calendar days of the commencement date.
