2. Description of Procurement – Mechatronics Engineer ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by Al-Mehran Industrial Automation Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to provide specialized technical services at our manufacturing facility located in Pakistan Karachi. The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of automated production lines, PLC-based control systems, robotic assembly units, and sensor networks across our Korangi Industrial Area plant. The scope of work under this Purchase Order encompasses the full lifecycle management of mechatronic systems, ensuring compliance with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control (PSQCA) regulations and international ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards applicable to industrial automation in Pakistan Karachi.

The Mechatronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall report directly to the Plant Engineering Manager at our Pakistan Karachi facility. The engineer is expected to work a standard 48-hour week (Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00) with availability for emergency call-outs during production shutdowns. All deliverables, including system schematics, wiring diagrams, firmware configurations, and maintenance logs, must be submitted in both hard-copy and digital (PDF and native CAD/PLC file) formats. The Mechatronics Engineer shall ensure that all installed and maintained systems meet the electrical safety codes prescribed by the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) and the occupational health and safety guidelines enforced by the Sindh Department of Labour in Pakistan Karachi.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Mehran Industrial Automation Pvt. Ltd. and Sindh TechWorks Engineering Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. upon written acceptance by both parties.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall be provided with a dedicated workstation, access to the plant floor, and all necessary safety equipment (PPE) at the Pakistan Karachi site. The vendor shall ensure the engineer holds a valid CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certificate from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the Pakistan Banking Regulations.
- The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than PKR 25,000,000 covering all activities performed by the Mechatronics Engineer at the Pakistan Karachi facility.
- Any modification to the scope of work under this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution.
- The vendor shall comply with all applicable labor laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Sindh Industrial Establishments (Health, Safety and Environment) Ordinance, 2002, as applicable to Pakistan Karachi.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary designs, production data, and trade secrets encountered by the Mechatronics Engineer during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of Al-Mehran Industrial Automation Pvt. Ltd. and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan Karachi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer at the Pakistan Karachi facility.
