The engagement of this Mechatronics Engineer is critical to the successful completion of the PIA-2025-MAK-019 project, which involves the retrofitting of three (3) production lines with advanced mechatronic control systems. The Mechatronics Engineer must possess a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in mechatronic system design, proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, and ROS (Robot Operating System), as well as demonstrated competency in electrical circuit design, mechanical CAD modeling (SolidWorks or AutoCAD Mechanical), and embedded systems programming (C/C++, Python).

- Scope of Work: The Mechatronics Engineer shall report directly to the Project Engineering Manager at the Philippines Manila facility. All work shall be performed on-site at the buyer's premises in Makati City, Philippines Manila, during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), with overtime subject to prior written approval.
- Commencement Date: The Mechatronics Engineer shall commence duties on or before July 1, 2025. Failure to report by this date shall entitle the buyer to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of a valid invoice. The initial engagement fee (Item 01) shall be due upon execution of this Purchase Order. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in the Philippines.
- Qualifications: The Mechatronics Engineer must hold a valid PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license as a Registered Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer in the Philippines, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, and a valid NBI clearance and barangay clearance for the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
- Confidentiality: The Mechatronics Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary designs, trade secrets, and technical documentation encountered during the engagement in Philippines Manila.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be resolved through arbitration in the Philippines Manila area under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
- Compliance: The supplier warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Philippine labor laws, including the Labor Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all local ordinances of the City of Makati, Philippines Manila.
