This Purchase Order is issued by Sahel Industrial Automation S.A. to procure the professional services of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to be deployed and stationed in Senegal Dakar for the duration of the contract. The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, integration, commissioning, and maintenance of automated production systems, robotic assembly lines, and industrial control networks at our manufacturing facility located in the Ngor Industrial Zone, Dakar, Senegal.
The Mechatronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must demonstrate proven expertise in the following technical domains:
- Design and programming of PLC-based control systems (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, and Schneider Electric platforms)
- Integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components into unified mechatronic systems
- Deployment and calibration of industrial robotics and CNC machining centres
- Development of SCADA and HMI interfaces for real-time process monitoring
- Implementation of predictive maintenance strategies using IoT sensor networks
- Compliance with Senegalese industrial safety regulations and CEMAC technical standards

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal and the applicable provisions of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU/UEMOA) commercial code.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall be physically present at the buyer's facility in Dakar, Senegal, for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, Monday through Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00 local time.
- The Seller warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order holds a minimum of a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline, and possesses no fewer than eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in industrial automation.
- All deliverables, including system designs, control logic, and technical reports, shall be submitted in both French and English to comply with Senegalese regulatory requirements and the buyer's international reporting obligations.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the Senegalese Ministry of Labour and the local Directorate of Industrial Safety in Dakar.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated by Senegalese commercial law.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Mechatronics Engineer shall complete all in-progress tasks and deliver a comprehensive handover document within fourteen (14) days of the termination effective date.
- All intellectual property developed specifically for the buyer during the term of this Purchase Order shall vest in Sahel Industrial Automation S.A. upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the rules of the Centre for Arbitration and Mediation of the West African Court of Justice.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Mechatronics Engineer services in Senegal Dakar. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
