The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the following core deliverables under this Purchase Order:

• Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), industrial robots, and servo-driven actuators.
• Implementation of industrial IoT (IIoT) sensor networks and real-time monitoring dashboards for predictive maintenance across all Thailand Bangkok production units.
• Conducting root-cause analysis on recurring mechanical and electrical failures and delivering corrective engineering reports within 48 hours of incident.
• Supervising a team of up to six (6) junior technicians and apprentices assigned to the Thailand Bangkok site.
• Preparing detailed technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams, wiring schematics, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reports, in accordance with Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) regulations.

The Mechatronics Engineer nominated by the Supplier to fulfil this Purchase Order must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in mechatronic system design, with at least three (3) years in a senior or lead engineering capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, and at least one major robotics programming platform (e.g., KUKA, FANUC, or ABB).
• Working knowledge of Thai industrial safety regulations (OSHA Thailand) and ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards as applied in the Thailand Bangkok manufacturing context.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and working proficiency in Thai to facilitate effective communication with local Thailand Bangkok plant staff and regulatory authorities.
• Valid professional engineering registration with the Council of Engineers, Thailand (CET), or equivalent international accreditation recognised in Thailand Bangkok.

All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are denominated in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to the prevailing 7% Value Added Tax applicable in Thailand Bangkok. • Commencement and Termination: The services under this Purchase Order shall commence on 01 July 2025 and conclude on 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice.

• Confidentiality: The Supplier and the Mechatronics Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and operational data of the Buyer encountered during the engagement in Thailand Bangkok. This obligation survives termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
• Compliance: The Supplier warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Thai labour laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental standards in force in Thailand Bangkok at the time of service delivery.
• Performance Bond: The Supplier shall provide a performance bond equivalent to 10% of the total Purchase Order value, issued by a bank recognised in Thailand Bangkok, within fourteen (14) days of the issue date of this document.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the same rules.
