Description of Procurement
This Purchase Order is issued by Anadolu Industrial Systems A.Ş. for the procurement of specialized professional services rendered by a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to be deployed and utilized at our primary manufacturing and R&D facility located in Turkey Ankara. The engagement of this Mechatronics Engineer is critical to the successful completion of the ANK-ROBOT-2025-Q3 project, which involves the design, integration, and commissioning of an advanced robotic assembly line for our automotive components division. The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the interdisciplinary coordination of mechanical systems, electronic control units, and software programming modules within the production environment situated in Turkey Ankara.

Scope of Work & Technical Requirements
The Mechatronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in mechatronic system design, with demonstrated competency in robotic motion control, industrial PLC programming, sensor integration, and embedded systems development. The engineer must hold a recognized degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from an accredited Turkish or internationally recognized university. All work shall be performed at the buyer's facility in Turkey Ankara, specifically at the Çankaya District manufacturing campus, and the Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all local occupational health and safety regulations as mandated by the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Anadolu Industrial Systems A.Ş. and TeknoMek Engineering Solutions Ltd. upon written acceptance by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025 at the designated facility in Turkey Ankara. Any delay beyond this date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total contract value per calendar day of delay.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon commencement of work, 40% upon successful completion of commissioning in Turkey Ankara, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and documentation. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall provide weekly progress reports to the buyer's project manager. All technical deliverables must be submitted in both Turkish and English to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in Turkey Ankara.
- Intellectual property rights for all designs, schematics, and software developed under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively with Anadolu Industrial Systems A.Ş. The Mechatronics Engineer and the vendor shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work.
- The vendor shall ensure that the Mechatronics Engineer maintains valid professional liability insurance and that all applicable work permits and social security registrations (SGK) are in order for employment within Turkey Ankara.
- Warranty period for all mechatronic systems designed and commissioned by the Mechatronics Engineer shall be twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. During this period, the vendor shall provide remote or on-site support in Turkey Ankara at no additional cost.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Ankara Arbitration Institute.
