- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia Melbourne.
- The Medical Researcher, Dr. Eleanor Whitfield, reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival at the Melbourne Institute for Advanced Biomedical Research facility in Australia Melbourne. Any items found to be defective, damaged, or non-conforming to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order shall be returned at the supplier's expense within fourteen (14) calendar days.
- All biological reagents, antibodies, and culture media must be shipped in compliance with the Australian Biosecurity Act 2015 and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations. The supplier must provide all necessary import permits and certificates of analysis prior to dispatch to Australia Melbourne.
- Capital equipment items (Items 01–04) must be delivered, installed, and commissioned at the buyer's facility in Australia Melbourne. The supplier shall provide a minimum of two (2) hours of on-site operator training for the Medical Researcher and designated laboratory staff.
- Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated Australian bank account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.
