4.3 Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon signing of this Purchase Order, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon successful delivery, installation, and acceptance of all line items. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's account at Banque Commerciale du Congo, Kinshasa branch.

4.4 The Medical Researcher reserves the right to inspect all goods upon arrival at the receiving facility in Lemba, Kinshasa. A formal acceptance certificate shall be issued by the laboratory manager within five (5) business days of delivery.

4.5 Any modification to this Purchase Order, including changes to quantities, specifications, or delivery schedules, must be documented in a written amendment signed by both the Medical Researcher and the authorized representative of the Supplier.

4.6 The Supplier shall provide full technical documentation, calibration certificates, and warranty cards for all equipment items. All documentation must be provided in both French and English to comply with institutional requirements at INRB, DR Congo Kinshasa.

All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the INRB Laboratory Complex, Avenue de l'Université, Commune de Lemba, Kinshasa, DR Congo Kinshasa. The Supplier is responsible for all logistics, including customs clearance within the national territory, last-mile transport, and on-site unloading. The final delivery deadline is 15 August 2025. Partial deliveries are permitted provided that all items are received by the stated deadline.
