• Intellectual Property: This Purchase Order does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All research data generated using the procured materials remains the sole property of the Medical Researcher and the Alexandria Institute of Advanced Medical Sciences.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to port closures at Alexandria Port, government-mandated shutdowns, or natural disasters affecting the Egypt Alexandria region.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Alexandria Commercial Court, Egypt Alexandria, in accordance with Egyptian civil and commercial law.
