Installation, calibration, and commissioning of all major equipment must be completed within ten (10) business days following physical delivery. The Medical Researcher, Dr. Hana Girma, shall be present during installation to verify that all instruments meet the specifications outlined in the research protocol. The Supplier is responsible for all packaging, insurance during transit, and compliance with Ethiopian customs and import regulations as administered by the Ethiopian Customs Commission in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.

• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Branch.
• Advance Payment: Thirty percent (30%) of the total Purchase Order value (ETB 6,990,045.00) shall be disbursed within ten (10) business days of the Supplier's written acknowledgment of this Purchase Order.
• Delivery Payment: Fifty percent (50%) of the total value (ETB 11,650,075.00) shall be paid upon successful delivery, installation, and acceptance by the Medical Researcher and the Institute's Quality Assurance Committee.
• Retention Payment: The remaining twenty percent (20%) (ETB 4,660,030.00) shall be released after a ninety (90) day performance warranty period, provided no defects or non-conformities are identified in the equipment used by the Medical Researcher.
• Currency: All payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) at the prevailing National Bank of Ethiopia exchange rate on the date of disbursement.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any amendments, modifications, or additions to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Institute and the Supplier.
