All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the following address in Myanmar Yangon:
Delivery Address: Yangon Biomedical Research Institute, Main Laboratory Building, No. 42, 27th Street, Kyauktada Township, Yangon, Myanmar 11181.

Required Delivery Date: On or before 15 August 2025
Shipping Method: Air freight via Yangon International Airport (CMB), followed by ground transport to Kyauktada Township.
The supplier shall ensure that all temperature-sensitive reagents and biological kits are shipped in validated cold-chain packaging (2°C to 8°C) to maintain viability upon arrival in Myanmar Yangon. The Medical Researcher, Dr. Hla, will personally inspect all deliveries upon receipt and sign the delivery acknowledgment form. Any items found damaged, expired, or non-conforming to the specifications in this Purchase Order must be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within fourteen (14) calendar days.
Payment shall be made via irrevocable letter of credit issued by the Bank of Myanmar, Yangon Central Branch, within forty-five (45) calendar days of the Medical Researcher's written acceptance of all delivered goods. The total amount of this Purchase Order is USD 75,128.13 (Seventy-Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Thirteen Cents). The supplier shall submit a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and all applicable Myanmar import documentation to the YBRIN Accounts Payable department no later than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Late delivery beyond the required delivery date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, capped at 5% of the total value.
All equipment and biological materials procured under this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations set forth by the Myanmar Ministry of Health, the Myanmar Food and Drug Authority (MFDA), and the Yangon City Development Committee. The Medical Researcher, Dr. Thiri Win Hla, is responsible for ensuring that all imported reagents and kits carry valid MFDA import permits prior to customs clearance at Yangon International Airport. The supplier warrants that all products are new, unused, and within their stated shelf life at the time of shipment. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and any disputes arising from its execution shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
